Your vacation property represents a substantial investment and the BLA works on your behalf to protect not only the value of your property but the quality of your life at the lake. If your road Association is not currently a member please act now to see how the BLA helps maintain your quality of life at Balsam Lake.

You can contact us through this website by entering you information on the 'Contact Us' page. We are happy to share with you what we are doing on your behalf. We would be pleased to come and speak at your Association meeting. If you do not belong to an organized Association please feel free to join as an individual member ($5.00/year).

And be sure and visit us at the annual Fresh Water Summit in Coboconk on the 3rd weekend in June.

We also offer a 'Bulletin Board' service on our website labelled 'Lakeside Community News'. If you have an event or other information (non-commercial) you wish to share with our Community, send us a note through our Contact Us page and we'll get it posted to our website

We invite you to visit our website often to stay informed about the BLA’s activities and the issues that impact our members.
